The majority of our cameras come with a 6 month repair warranty unless individually stated.
The exception to this is our film and digital compact cameras which come with a 1 month warranty.
This does not cover accidental damage.

We do ship internationally- prices are worked out on checkout on the website.
If you change your mind or aren't feeling the camera/lens/equipment we can refund your order up to 14 days after purchase on items ordered online only. We cannot refund items purchased or collected in store unless faulty.
If your camera is faulty or not working up to 30 days after purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange. This does not cover accidental damage.
The vast majority of our cameras do not qualify for reclaimable VAT in the UK.
For orders shipped internationally, any local taxes will be added when clearing clearing customs locally.
Any orders from within the EU will be subject to local VAT.

We photograph each individual item that comes into our store. If something is without a photo it will be updated shortly. If you are interested in one of our cameras and would like further photos please get in touch.
Cameras are all rated on condition by our experienced team. We test rigorously before stocking items and give each product a fair rating on aesthetic and working condition.
