Rolleiflex SL66 6x6 Medium Format Camera w/ 80mm f2.8 Planar & Case

An exceptional piece of kit in near perfect condition. The incredibly well made and over engineered SL66 would have hands down beaten the Hasselblad if it hadn't have shown up late to the party. The SL66 has built in swing, allows it's lenses (some of its lenses) to be reversed for macro photography, as if the bellows didn't put in work already and came with super sharp Zeiss Lenses, metered prisms and backs. 

This example is in super clean condition with only a minor mark to the outer edge or the roll film back. The shutter fires well at all speeds, the film wind on is smooth, like the Rolleiflex TLRs, the first wind round cocks the shutter, then wind back rolls the film on, very cool. The swing is working perfectly, the focus is smooth and working, the dial also pulls out to show you zone focus distances for other lenses including the 50 & the 150.

The film back works well with smooth wind on, good rollers, clean darkslide and working frame counter. The back has to be wound up to the start point, placed on the camera body then manually wound to frame 1 via the dial on the side, this will then be pushed back in and the camera will engage with the rest of the roll. Once finished, the dial pops out to let you know!

The WLF pops up well and is clean with clan diopter, the focus screen has no fungus, marks, haze or cracks. Some minor cleaning marks which will never affect performance. 

The 80mm Planar is lovely with good, working aperture, clean glass which is free form haze and fungus and mounts well.
